1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji999 platform and all services covered under it. The words "baji999", "platform", "services", and "we" all refer to the same organisation. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform or using its services.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. Although these Terms are written in Bengali, in the event of a translation into any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

baji999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account at baji999:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Multiple accounts from a single household or address are not permitted.
• Each bank account or mobile banking number may be linked to only one baji999 account.

You may be required to provide valid identity verification documents at the time of registration. You are obligated to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process when requested. Accounts created with false information may be closed and associated funds may be seized.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your baji999 account. Your password and login details must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify our customer service team immediately.

Follow the steps below to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that combines numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Always log out properly after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Never share your OTP or verification code with any third party.
• Change your password regularly and report any suspicious activity immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. baji999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access or account sharing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at baji999:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka), which applies equally to all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

baji999 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. You are generally asked to withdraw via the same payment method used for your deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Specific terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers provided at baji999. It is each member's responsibility to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

Welcome bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; in that case ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagering must be completed.

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• Wagering conditions must be met before winnings earned using bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Misusing bonuses through different accounts or by strategic exploitation may result in account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when using sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services on the baji999 platform:

• Each game has its own rules and betting limits; familiarise yourself with these before starting a game.
• Once a sports bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• baji999 reserves the right to void a bet if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error.
• In the event of a draw in any match, the original stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed by taking advantage of incorrect odds or technical errors will be considered void.

baji999 has full authority to accept or reject any bet, set betting limits, and make changes to markets. These decisions are final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji999. Accounts of users involved in such activities will be closed immediately and associated funds may be seized:

• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fraudulently influence odds or game outcomes.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or conducting cyberattacks.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other members.

8. Account Closure and Fund Returns

You may request voluntary closure of your baji999 account at any time. The following points will be considered when processing an account closure request:

• Any ongoing bets or games must be settled before the account is closed.
• Bonus funds for which wagering conditions have not been met will not be returned.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, a decision on whether funds will be returned will be made based on the circumstances.
• Funds in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity will be seized.

baji999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice — particularly in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

9. Personal Data and Privacy
